In accordance with the law of the people's Republic of China on environmental impact assessment and the Interim Measures for public participation in environmental impact assessment, the relevant contents of the environmental impact assessment of the project are publicized for the second time as follows.
1、 Basic information of construction project
Project Name: 900 t / a coenzyme Q10 project of Hebei Yuxing Bioengineering Co., Ltd
Project Overview: the project is located in the west of Xihua road and the south of Zhaoning line in Ningjin Economic Development Zone, Hebei Province, with a total area of 87 Mu and a construction area of 96084 m2. The total investment of the project is 500 million yuan. The project has been put on record in Ningjin County Administrative Examination and approval Bureau, with the record number of Ningjin approval investment BZ [2018] No. 165.
2、 Possible impact of construction project on Environment
(1) Fermentation workshop
The waste gas produced in the fermentation process of the project is ammonia, and the following measures are taken for the waste gas: send it to the "acid-base spray tower" for treatment, and discharge it through the 28m exhaust funnel after reaching the standard.
(2) Roughing workshop
a. The waste gas is produced in the acidification process of fermentation broth, and the pollutant is acid mist. The following measures are taken for waste gas: send it to "alkali spray tower" for treatment, and discharge it through 28m exhaust pipe after reaching the standard.
b. The air drying process of the project produces waste gas, and the pollutant is water vapor. Take the following measures for waste gas: discharge through the exhaust pipe at the top of the workshop.
c. Waste gas is produced in the drying process of the project, and the pollutants are particles. The following measures are taken for waste gas: send it to "bag filter" for treatment, and discharge it through 28m exhaust pipe after reaching the standard.
(3) Fine extraction workshop
a. The project produces waste gas in the process of extraction, separation and concentration, and the pollutant is methanol. For the waste gas, the following measures are taken: send it to "methanol tail gas absorption tower" for treatment, and discharge it through 28m exhaust pipe after reaching the standard.
b. The waste gas produced in the process of chromatography and concentration is n-hexane. For the waste gas, the following measures are taken: send it to "n-hexane tail gas absorption tower" for treatment, and discharge it through 28m exhaust funnel after reaching the standard.
c. Waste gas is produced in the process of chromatography and concentration, and the pollutant is ethyl acetate. For the waste gas, the following measures are taken: send it to "n-hexane tail gas absorption tower" for treatment, and discharge it through 28m exhaust funnel after reaching the standard.
d. For the waste gas produced in the process of crystallization, centrifugation, ethanol recovery and drying, the following measures are taken: the waste gas is sent to the "ethanol tail gas absorption tower" for treatment, and discharged through the 28m exhaust funnel after reaching the standard.
e. Waste gas is produced in the drying process of the project, and the pollutants are particles. The following measures are taken for waste gas: send it to "bag filter" for treatment, and discharge it through 28m exhaust pipe after reaching the standard.
To sum up, after taking various treatment measures required by EIA, the pollutants can be discharged up to the standard, and the measures are feasible.
2. Discharge of wastewater pollution sources
The wastewater of the project includes filtration wastewater, mycelial drying wastewater concentration wastewater, methanol concentration process concentration wastewater, methanol tail gas absorption wastewater, spray tower wastewater, cleaning wastewater, pure water preparation wastewater and domestic wastewater, which are treated by the environmental protection center and then discharged into Yufeng industrial group's 30000 ton sewage treatment station, and the steam condensate is transported to the thermal power plant of Yufeng Industrial Group Co., Ltd .
