It was completed and put into operation in June 2014, with more than 200 employees. It uses the most advanced foreign equipment to complete the whole process of corn entering the plant, embryo extraction, pressing, refining and filling at one time. It has a dust-free production capacity of 100000 tons of corn germ oil (700 tons of corn germ can be processed every day, and 300 tons of corn germ can be produced).

With strong technical force and advanced equipment, the company is one of the few enterprises in the domestic industry to introduce a full set of the most advanced international production equipment. The whole production line is closed design and full automatic control. The technology and equipment of crown company of America are used in the oil extraction workshop; the advanced technology and equipment of Alfa Laval company of Sweden are used in the refining workshop; the equipment and technology of small packaging workshop are all imported from Italy. The first low temperature pressing process in China is adopted in the pressing process. In the pretreatment process, the denaturation, rancidity and oxidation caused by excessive oxidation of oil in the air are avoided, and the quality of our company's "Yuxing brand" first-class refined corn germ oil is guaranteed.
